There is also a deterrent effect to aspiring criminals in the publication of cases and penalties. It is hoped, therefore, that such people will “think before they act” knowing that the media, including this website, will demonstrate that the law will be implemented where people do not adhere to the rules – and law - of society.

In August 2009 Whoisincourt.com Ltd expanded its coverage into South Sefton Magistrates Court (Liverpool).  Within the next 12 months Whoisincourt.com Ltd are aiming to cover every court in the North West of England to provide results daily.

Telesales Staff

We currently have several vacancies for Telesales Staff, both full and part-time, to work in our call centre in Southport, Merseyside.

Experience in telesales and cold-calling is essential, and you must be self-driven and motivated.

Court Reporters

We currently have several vacancies for Court Reporters throughout the North West of England.

A good command of the English language is essential, both written and oral.

Experience in the Media is preferred.
